EYE MUSCLES ARE THE STRONGEST MUSCLES

The center line of eyes lens of an adult is approximately 10 millimeters with a thickness of about 5 millimeters. These lenses are disc-shaped and formed by living cells resembling fibers. This cell group is wrapped up in a tough and nodes group of other cells. Image of object that we see can penetrate the eye lens without becoming blurry. Thus, the lens of the eye that consists of living cells is one proof that the actual cell of our body is node and transparent.

The lens is surrounded by a circle of small but very powerful muscles and are always working hard. It is estimated that on average, in one day, the eyes moves about 100,000 times to sharpen and focus the vision. For the size of the same work load for the leg muscles, a person needs to walk along 75 kilometers.
Actually, the eye muscles not only classified as a very powerful, but also the most powerful muscles. Because with equal weight, the eyes muscle is the strongest muscle in comparison with other muscle in the body.
The human eye is designed for distant vision. Because, for distant vision, muscle of lenses do not need to work. As for near vision, the lens need to tighten the muscles that make the lens thicker for more focus to see objects at close range. That’s why our eyes will be quickly tired after being used for vision at close range in a long time.

Previously, the daily activities of our ancestors demanding remote viewing, such as hunting and watching the enemy. Conversely, many people’s type of work requires a lot of near vision, such as viewing a computer screen, writing or reading. With age, the lens will be not so flexible and clear as initial, and the muscles will become progressively weaker, so that visual acuity will be reduced.

In front and behind the lens of eyes there are two cavities containing clear liquid. Front cavity filled with node viscous liquid such as water, and the rear cavity filled with slightly turbid viscous liquid such as egg whites. The dots which seem to float in the field of vision when looking at bright lights are the cells which remained when the ongoing process of eyes formation. These cells will remain floating in the cavity fluid lifetime. Fluid that fills the front of eyes will be replaced with new ones every hour.
